Exhibitor/ Vendor Information

The Fremont County Fair Board is accepting vendor exhibit applications for the last 3 busiest days of the 2016 Fair, Friday, August 5th, Saturday, August 6th and Sunday, August 7th. Our outside exhibit areas provide an excellent opportunity to promote your business or organization. The Fair hosts visitors from throughout Fremont County as well as many surrounding counties. Exhibiting your products or services at the Fair offer more coverage for your advertising dollar. We have 500-600 entries each year with well over 5,000 attendees.

THIS YEAR
We will have a 40x100 ft. tent for vendors to use. It will be on a first come first serve basis. Footage being limited we reserve the right to move people as needed to fit the space. An additional $5.00 per day fee will be assessed for electrical power. HOURS 9:00am-8:00pm DAILY.

The cost of renting an exhibit/vendor space is very reasonable:

Space Size: 10' frontage x 15' deep
Daily Rate: $20.00
Full 3 Day Cost: $ 40.00 (Sunday is Free with Friday or Saturday Purchased)

For longer duration or special exhibit requirements, contact Jody McKean, Vendor Superintendent. Apply early, space is limited.

Booths, tables, chairs and other display materials will not be provided. 110-v electrical power is available in some areas. Please advise if power is required. You must provide your own power cord.

Any offensive materials, fireworks or other exhibits not considered in good taste MUST NOT be presented during the Fair. Exhibit materials and vendors are subject to review and acceptance by Fair officials. All products sold at the Fair are subject to applicable State and County sales tax. Vendors must have current Colorado State Tax License.

Special Vendor Note: This is an outdoor setting and you will be subject to the weather elements along with electrical generator noise/fumes, animal dander, hair, manure, dust and dirt along with noise from other events planned throughout the fair.
